Both The Elder Scrolls: Arena and The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall are available on Steam, and they are Free-to-play. These games were released in 1994 and 1996, respectively. So it goes without saying that these games can’t even think to compare against modern video games. But these were critically acclaimed and extremely popular games in the early days. And as these are available for free, it wouldn’t hurt to give them a try. I played a little bit of Daggerfall and it really didn’t suit my tastes. But there were good RPG elements, for a game released in 1996. The download size is less than 500MB as well. So if anyone is curious about these games, I’d suggest giving them a try. Maybe you’ll even keep playing them, unlike me.
